Shipping/Postage

Our Shipping costs to Ireland and the UK are a fix cost of €14.5 + Vat and to most mainland European countries cost is fixed at €25 +Vat. Please note shipping charges to some locations (islands etc) may differ. For an estimated cost of shipping outside of these places please email us with your your location to info@shinywing.com and we will get back to you with a competitive price.

After your order has been completed and payment has been made if any additional shipping charges apply we will contact you and advise you of these charges, you will be asked to forward payment for these charges or if you do not wish to proceed with your order we will refund your payment within 48 hours

We aim to dispatch all completed orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Customers located within the European Union

All prices shown on our web site include the Irish VAT rate of 23%, this VAT rate applies to all customers located within the European Union.

Every effort is made to ensure all of the prices on our website are correct. We are not responsible for any errors that occur. If an error is found before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as we can.

Customers resident outside the European Union

We will not charge VAT/TAX on your order, Please register your details and login to the site and all prices will be displayed without VAT/TAX. However please note that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on arrival of the goods.
