Refunds

We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, Kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order up to the point of dispatch provided there are no special ordered parts within your order. To cancel special ordered parts may involve a handling charge of 5% as we will be liable for this from our suppliers.

Warranty claims

All parts are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice. Please contact us to advise us the nature of the problem, so that a return can be arranged. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or notification of invoice or customer number.

Returns

Any parts that are being returned must be unused and still in their original packing. Electrical components are non-returnable. Please contact us prior to returning goods. Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Damaged or missing parts

Any claim for damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel.
